The address
Subscribe to the one address that is yours, once, and every later correction reaches you without you doing anything. If you are not sure which is yours, it is whichever small group — SGA, SGB, SGC or SGD — you were assigned to; ask your staff group if you have not been told. Global carries every group's sessions in one feed, side by side — the complete picture, not any one student's.
Global — every group
The whole schedule, including all four groups' parallel sessions.

Subscribe, do not import
Importing a copy of the schedule gives you the version that existed the moment you imported it, and it never changes again — which is worse than having nothing, because it still looks right. Paste the address into your calendar's subscribe from the internet option instead. That is the whole difference, and it is why opening the address in a browser brings you back to this page rather than handing you a file.
How
Outlook on the web, and new Outlook for Windows
- Open Calendar.
- In the left column, choose Add calendar.
- Choose Subscribe from web.
- Paste the address, give it a name, and choose Import.
The button says Import; the calendar it creates is a subscription and does keep updating.
Outlook for Windows, classic
- File → Account Settings → Account Settings.
- Open the Internet Calendars tab.
- Choose New, paste the address, and confirm.
Google Calendar
- In the left column, use the + beside Other calendars.
- Choose From URL.
- Paste the address and choose Add calendar.
iPhone and iPad
- Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts.
- Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar.
- Paste the address and choose Next, then Save.
What to expect
- Times are Central. Your calendar converts them to whatever zone your device is in, so a trip does not shift anything.
- Updates arrive on your calendar provider's own refresh schedule, not instantly. Outlook and Microsoft 365 commonly take several hours; that interval is set by them and cannot be changed from this end.
- The work-week grid on the home page is always current. Check there when something has just changed.
- The subscription is read-only. Editing an entry in your own calendar changes only your copy, and the next refresh puts it back.
- Opening the address in a browser returns you to this page. There is no file to save on purpose — a saved copy stops updating the moment it is saved, and nothing about it afterwards looks wrong.
